This page documents the alleged assaults by David Miscavige, as recounted by those who claim they were witnesses or his victims. Tom De Vocht has stated between 2003 and 2005, he witnessed Miscavige beat at least 100 staffers.[1]

Marc Headley
Marc Headley alleges in his 2009 lawsuit that he was assaulted by David Miscavige as part of a hostile work environment.[2]
Mark Fisher
Mark was punched repeatedly by Miscavige in the garage at Int Base in 1990. [3]
Mike Rinder
Over 50 assaults by David Miscavige, alleged by both Rinder and witnesses.[1]
- Marty Rathbun says Rinder was "beat up at least a dozen times just in those last four years... some of them were pretty gruesome"[1]
- Rinder was choked until he turned purple, say both Rinder and Amy Scobee[1]
Tom De Vocht
Early 2004, the evening after musical chairs, Miscavige slapped and threw De Vocht to the ground before delivering more blows.[1]

Ray Mithoff
Rathbun said Miscavige "would regularly hit this guy open-handed upside the head real hard and jar him. Or grab him by the neck and throw him on the floor."[1]
Norman Starkey
Rathbun says Miscavige beat up Norman Starkey "Right in the parking lot, [he] just beat the living f--- out of him, got him on the ground and then started kicking him when he was down"[1]
Assaults by Proxy
Those who worked with Miscavige state he created such an environment that beatings became routine, and those who were victimized turned around and abused others.
